By using bashcat1 (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Template purchases

Templates sold on this Site are digital products. Purchasing a template grants you a license to use it as described on the product page at the time of purchase. Final license terms (including whether a personal or commercial tier was purchased) are published on each template and form part of these Terms.

• Templates are provided "as is" unless otherwise stated on the product page.
• Redistribution or resale of a purchased template, in whole or in part, is not permitted unless explicitly licensed.

3. Custom work engagements

Custom website projects are governed by the terms agreed in writing (email or a signed proposal) for that specific engagement, in addition to these Terms. Unless otherwise agreed:

• A deposit may be required before work begins and is generally non-refundable once work has started.
• Scope changes after work begins may affect timeline and price.
• Ownership/IP in custom deliverables transfers to the client upon full payment.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including attempting to disrupt its operation, circumvent access controls, or use it for unlawful purposes.

5. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Site and any products sold through it are provided without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. bashcat1's liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site or its products is limited to the amount you paid, where permitted by applicable law.
