Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2026-01-01

1. What we collect

  • Email address, if you join the template waitlist.
  • Project details and contact email, if you submit a project inquiry.
  • Basic, privacy-friendly analytics (page views, referrers) once enabled — see Section 4.
  • A minimal cookie preference, to remember whether you've dismissed the cookie banner.

2. Why we collect it

We use this information to notify you when templates launch, respond to project inquiries, and understand how the Site is used so we can improve it. We do not sell your information.

3. Where it's stored

Waitlist and inquiry data is stored in a hosted Postgres database (Neon). The Site itself is hosted on Vercel. Once template purchases launch, payment and order data will be processed by Lemon Squeezy, our payment processor and merchant of record.

4. Analytics

We use (or plan to use) privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics (such as Plausible or a self-hosted Umami instance) rather than tracking-based analytics. This is currently disabled by default and will be enabled once configured.

5. Your rights

You can request access to, or deletion of, any personal data we hold about you by emailing burncat089@gmail.com. If you are in a jurisdiction with statutory data rights (such as the EU/UK under GDPR), those rights apply in addition to this policy.

6. International transfers

Because we sell internationally, your data may be processed in countries other than your own by the service providers listed above.

7. Retention

We retain waitlist and inquiry data for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes above, or until you request deletion.

8. Cookies

See the cookie banner shown on this Site for details on cookie use, which is limited to functional preferences and any analytics described in Section 4.

9. Contact

Questions about this Privacy Policy can be sent to burncat089@gmail.com.
